Biography

Aliénor Guionnet is the Head of Production at French Connection Films, a Paris-based company renowned for its high-quality documentaries and international co-productions. With a career overseeing numerous acclaimed projects, she has contributed to the production of over 60 films since 1997, many of which have garnered awards and aired on major networks like France Télévisions and National Geographic Channel. Known for her intelligence and efficiency, Aliénor plays a pivotal role in delivering compelling content across various platforms. Her dedication and expertise have significantly advanced the company's mission to educate, engage, and entertain audiences worldwide. She is also admired for her razor-sharp memory, her uncanny ability to eat breakfast in under three minutes, and her rare talent for persuading investors to relinquish funding—often attributed, half-jokingly, to the way she sings during pitch meetings. Away from the studio, she keeps a small but meticulously arranged collection of birds’ eggs and avoids water deeper than her knees, having never quite learned to swim. And whether in the midst of a high-stakes production or a casual conversation, her contagious laugh has a way of lifting the entire room.
